The signatory confirms having read, understood and accepted this Agreement and its annexes within their documented authority, and specifically acknowledges the nature of the relationship, responsibility for drivers, the Company’s Share and monthly settlement, cash custody and the Platform’s right of recovery, compensation for damage and loss, the objection procedure, cancellation, privacy and termination. Login access alone does not establish signing authority. The Arabic text prevails in the event of a discrepancy.

يقر الموقع بأنه قرأ هذا العقد وملاحقه وفهم أحكامها ووافق عليها ضمن صلاحياته المثبتة، ويقر خصوصاً بفهم طبيعة العلاقة والمسؤولية عن السائقين وحصة الشركة والتسوية الشهرية وعهدة الكاش وحق المنصة في الرجوع وتعويض التلف والفقد ومسار الاعتراض والإلغاء والخصوصية وإنهاء العقد. ولا تغني صلاحية الدخول وحدها عن التفويض بالتوقيع. ويكون النص العربي المرجع عند الاختلاف.
