The signatory confirms having read, understood and accepted this Agreement and its pricing annex within their documented authority, and specifically acknowledges the nature of the service, pricing, wallet and cash arrangements, packaging, order responsibility, cancellation, compensation, privacy and termination. Login or order-creation access alone does not establish signing authority. The Arabic text prevails in the event of a discrepancy.
يقر الموقع بأنه قرأ هذا العقد وملحق الأسعار وفهم أحكامهما ووافق عليهما ضمن صلاحياته المثبتة، ويقر خصوصاً بفهم طبيعة الخدمة والتسعير والمحفظة والكاش والتغليف ومسؤولية الطلب والإلغاء والتعويض والخصوصية وإنهاء العقد. لا تغني صلاحية الدخول أو إنشاء الطلبات وحدها عن التفويض بالتوقيع. ويكون النص العربي المرجع عند الاختلاف.
